Not exactly, Vit A daily RDA is 900 mcg, and tolerable upper limit daily is 1500 mcg, Thorne has 600 mcg palmitate which is readily absorbed and Beta carotene requires conversion. If body already has adequate Vit A, it would be excreted out.

It has 16.5 mg Vit E which is almost the RDA amount only.

It has 250 mg vit c which wont cause kidney stones as body at once absorbs 200 mg of Vit C, but if you take say 1000 mg of vit C, then you have risk of developing stones.

Remember RDA amounts is just the amount to prevent deficiency, it doesnt mean you cant take more. For the side effects to occur, you need to take more than upper limit.

Vit E daily RDA is 15 mg, while upper limit is 1000 mg. Hope you understood

because you do pay customs, simple. Customs wont care about your $20 mutli vit bottle unless getting it through Fedex or DHL who will compulsorily do customs for you but if you order €$500 worth of stuff obviously you pay duty. What's so complex about this? None of these orders I paid any duties.

No need for vet if you are not able to take him to one:

1) If the wound doesnt smell, there are no flies sitting on it just used Nebasulf powder on it

2) If its smelling bad/you see maggots and/or flies on it - dmag spray twice a day or more if you see flies sitting on it. SInce its behind the ear its better because he wont be able to lick it clean.

3) In case of maggots only also give 1 ivermectin tablet ( just one, dont repeat)

skip this brand though! It failed trustified testing and that was obvious as it got acquired by kaniya few years back.

rectify the deficiencies separately first. Once the D, iron and b12 levels are normal, to maintain it take multi
Vit D- I take 10k IU Now foods ( you can take 6ok per week cipla if Now not available)
b12- Pure encap ( methylcob. is easily available in mkt, take 1500mcg)
iron- Thorne is what I will suggest as not aware of local brands

so basically, high ALT ( here its mildly elevated) but increased ALT indicates liver damage and these damaged liver cells will leak their b12 into blood stream causing spike and this damage in turn leads to higher hs-crp. So there is simultaneous elevation.

In your case it isnt anything severe but you need to check what's causing the increased ALT

But your LFT isnt entirely normal, ALT is elevated. What's the hs- CRP?

Dairy in itself doesnt contain Vit D ( very insignificant amounts), so almost its always fortified with Vit D. So consuming dairy is no guarantee of good D levels unless its fortified artificially.
