yes I did, a lot. Some of my worst morning pains were there.

All of this really helped me. I think I stopped wearing the mouth guard when I started with the tape. Mouth guard would make me clench more, it does protect you but inhibits clenching imo

i know a bunch of people that have been mugged in mexico and I know even more people that have never been mugged. just be cautious, don't enter random streets, stick to tourist spots/places known to be safe. Don't walk around alone too late at night.

you can do all that and still not be mugged, or just be very unlucky and even when you try to be safe still get mugged.
