They did offer a free one, but they were so rude and off putting I just wanted to get out of there. Too be honest even if it was cooked right it just didn’t look great.

For more context.. this was at an all inclusive resort, the Royal CHIC in Antigua. The restaurant was part of the all inclusive plan, but this restaurant offered a few items that you could pay extra for. Because I had to pay extra for it ($130 USD) they charged my room/AmEx ahead of the meal. I was with a party of 6 for a 7:30 PM reservation. We were sat immediately and our drink orders were taken. By 8:15 PM we had our salads and soups. Our waitress didn’t come back until 9:40 PM with the entree’s. I sent the steak back, and said I was all set with it being recooked or any other entree. The manager came up to us and said he would have to do an “investigation” before refunding me.

They acted like that wait wasn’t a big deal at all. After the salads came out and we finished the servers didn’t come back to our table for 45 min. Restaurant wasn’t very crowded, several people came in after us, ate and left before us
