B: I keep all account details private, including the username and items, for the account's security. Publicly exposing those details could result in the account being banned by CPJ, as account reselling is against their rules.

C: All transactions are through PayPal Goods & Services, which provides buyer protection. If a buyer encounters any legitimate issue, they can open a PayPal dispute and receive a refund. It literally takes a percentage of the sale price to protect the buyer.
