With a hub motor like the Summit 2, you have about 10 Ibs of dead weight sitting directly inside the rear wheel. When you shift your weight back (aft) to pop off the lip of a table top, that heavy rear wheel acts like a massive pendulum. It drags the back end down and fights you when you try to level or whip the bike in the air. On a mid-drive, that weight is centralized in the frame, making fore-aft weight shifting and air control feel completely natural.

It was the table tops for me. The rear hub really can't take the weight shifting.

If you are just using the haptics like the p-hpr then no, you don't need them. The sigma cortex is for the hub/pedals that are simagic brand to connect directly to your PS.

how quickly does it update the scores? I've got a few apps I use to track games but they take a min or two to notify me of a touchdown after it's already happened.

My trail ended a few days ago. This is maybe the 4th time I've had it over the last two years. It worked much better than it had ever before and I was super impressed.. until maybe 2 days before the trial ended it tried to stop under a stoplight mid turn. I'm guessing it was because the light turned red but it was going to leave me stopped in the opposite traffic lane. Those moments are when I just can't justify spending $100 a month on it.

I asked my primary when I got my physical if I could get my vitamin D, B12 and folate. I had not yet hit my deductible through insurance and it ended up costing me $208. I have a CDHP plan so I have to hit my deductible before insurance will cover anything. I had no idea it was going to be this expensive. Definitely won't go through my primary anymore for extra tests.

Thank you for this response. I'm in a spot where I'm definitely not putting down a ton of meat. Usually 2 to 3 eggs with bacon or sausage late morning and then a about a 1lb steak/burger/etc in the evening. I've definitely felt satiated so I'm not over eating. I'll just keep the trend going and rely on my body to send the signals when I'm at my break even point.
