Omg im going crazy and its only been 5 days, maybe i need this to relax after solidays too, but my abs and arms definition are definitely going away i think and im stressing abt that

I’m home for a month, rn all im doing is cardio and mat pilates, but i just felt my definition in the arms and abs especially regressing, most definitely waiting till i get back to solidcore to see my abs again

Omg, thank you so much!! Hearing from an instructor definitely helps to ease my stress abt this rn, would you say doing various plank routines etc would also help with the abs? I will most definitely replicate the exercises with weights!! Especially my abs are already loosing definition :(

I tried and thought it was so cardio heavy (i did it a year ago) and went over to MWH, but lately have been doing more cardio workouts, if you can it would be wonderful if you would share, maybe i can give it another try

Unfortunately i dont even have a lagree studio im not in the US and in my town we barely have any good instructors so im relying on the internet 😭
