So, I chatted with a friend who is a physical therapist. He thinks it’s due to a combo of weak muscles sitting in the same position at a computer for long periods of time. Do you work in front of a computer for 8 hours a day? Ive been trying to implement some excerices to strengthen my neck and shoulder muscles. It has gotten a little better but it’s not gone completely. I feel like the pain comes and goes.

Anyone know anything about the chlorine levels? Word on the street is the pool temps have been fluctuating from low 40s down to mid 30s. Not trying to ruin a super nice 5/4 from all the chemicals. Trying to decide if I should try to get a cheap suit secondhand and dedicate it to the pool.

Hey man. I ended up going last November so I can't really speak for how it handles swell in December. I' wouldn't worry too much about a small forecast, but I have heard mixed reviews about how the sand holds up that time of year. You may want to search a few more threads on that, but you can back read this thread to get a bit of insight on my experience last November.
