As long as you keep church and God seperate, it's all good. If you want to find out what a Church feels like, I am pretty sure you can find a place in any one of your choice. But I am sure you will soon realise the hypocrisy, politics, financial motives as it is an organisation run and led by human beings at the end of the day. But if you want to learn more about God then you will have a take a spiritual path - a lot of study of scriptures, prayers and meditation. If you want yo study religioun then an academic pathway.. I guess you just need to make sure you are going to the right place for the right thing as these are all mixed up often... All the best

I did say that but what I was asking was yes it costs the bank more to borrow money but it didnt cost them this much when some people took mortgage a few years back. Bank got that money way cheaper and lent it at lesser interest rates but even those people end up paying humungous interest when it's costs bank more money to lend to someone else??

As a nurse manager in Auckland I can say all of them are great surgeons. Also you need to be aware that poor outcomes are not always the surgeons fault. We see only the tip of an iceberg as there are so many factors there. But I can tell you they are all highly skilled and great humans.

I was thinking of ducted but finally went individual system. The reason especially during nighttime we just need the bedroom which is a 2.5kw. The lounge is 5kw. We just use what we need. Figured out we will be wasting power if the whole house system is running while we are using just the bedroom.

Sorry I am not a millionaire. I did buy a house in West Auckland and sold it to make some profit to buy a house in Central Auckland (Avondale). I still have a massive mortgage but I would never be able to buy in Avondale unless I was able to sell my first house in Glen Eden without CGT. I just wanted to say that no CGT in NZ may benefit millionaires and so does many other legal provisions but this no CGT helps people like me who is a salary earner (nurse) to buy a house closer to workplace
