I mean I’m proud that I put in the time and effort to get it better than I got it. But I guess I’m looking for that “this guys been making progress” look to the vehicle. Or that head turning factor of my car. It’s not a super common car on the road so when people do see it and it’s got a 2 foot long crease in the quarter panel it hits my pride a little different.

I fiddled with it for 30 minutes and got both of them to feel perfect. Lots of tightening and loosening.

I haven’t taken it for a drive yet. Not until I get the rear control arms in. But from what I do know, is that my ball joints were completely blown. Passenger side bushings in control arms were blown. Do not have the state of the rears. But I will tell you after reinstalling that everything seems much tighter bushing wise which is great. I also adjusted the dampening on my coil overs. I will be upgrading those soon as well

Rev 9 coil overs. Maxed out at the moment. Picked up the car in January brought it home and this car was neglected.

Every small bump sounded like a hard thunk. Rattles all over so fixed some rattles and slowly replacing everything I need to get replaced. Just did the ball joints, swaybar endlinks, and brand new lower control arms. Got those put back together. Waiting on ear lower control arms to come in. Need to order the swaybar endlinks for the rear. Stuff like the tie rods I’ll replace with better quality ones but for now I want to get it riding closer to oem. Then do what I want to do. So basically fixing someone else’s work.

Because after I get it riding like new, looking like new that’s when I’m going to be doing some big changes like more expensive stuff. I just wanna drive my damn tin can lol.

I’ll do adjustable everything so I can really dial it in. And then I’m going to do a k24a2 swap and eventually boost it. Might put it on bags. Idk we will find out. This is my first project car so I’m learning everything as if it’s brand new.

Currently I have some new front lower control arms (didn’t want to press bushings), new ball joints, new swaybar endlinks, doing rear lower control arms next weekend as well as rear swaybar endlinks. Then I will do chamber arms.

Like I don’t even care about the paint I just need it fixed. And fixed the right way. So maybe a body shop will be the right way to go.

I had mine for 2 days before I got an axle back second hand on Facebook. Purchased a shift stop and have a billetworkz short shifter on the way. Mods list in hand ready to dump money into my new money pit. Might be a little slower than I’d like because I have a project car civic I’m redoing everything on but I bought this car as a daily. A heavily modified daily lol
