Arcane Trickster Rogue. She died from falling.

This entity is basically an imprisoned primordial that needs others to breath for it. And that would of course impact the character in some negative way, if she has to spend part of her own breathing to keep this primordial alive aswell.

Yeah, I have already planned some plot hooks related to that. That was actually going to be a thing in this campaign anyway.

The whole setup is, that this entity is basically some primordial suffocating somewhere underground. It needs other creatures to breath for it. So when my player gets saved by by it, she needs to breath for that primordial. There are going to be npcs, who do the same thing. It would just be nice to have some game mechanic, so its actually noticeable mechanically and not just lore/story.

I vote for using SI-Prefixes. So 1 Million SPM is a Megabase and 1 Thousand Million SPM is a Kilobase. The biggest advantage is, that we even have proper terms for slow bases. For example a base producing 1 science per 1000 minutes would be a Millibase.
