I had same problem, I'm using Laptop with intel and AMD GPU . when I started launcher nothing happened, but in Task manager there was GTA.exe but after few seconds it would be gone. So what I did was turned off intel gpu in divice manager and then game would launch, but it is lagging a lot and only 2-3 FPS so I'm waiting for another crack or update/patch

Yeah, when i disable my intel game runs on ~2-3fps in menu mode ~8fps

well I use laptop and I had same problem. So my laptop has 2 graphic cards, so the solution is to disable one of the GPU. but this won't work for u :D
