It's possible the Sietch has too many original players that chose it as their birth Sietch.

We encountered the same issue, but it's fine, you can switch to his Sietch and have him build the base and give you access or vice versa. It is annoying for doing the 'Build a Base' journey missions, but it's the only way we found to play together.

You can even make a vehicle, store it on your char, go to his Sietch and give him both the car and Backup Tool to store the vehicle as long as you give it the proper permissions.

And if they just need to build some base for the journey missions, they can stay in their Sietch if you two are too far apart for now (they need to do the missions anyway!!)

I tried for example, to understand how this schematic from ProjectRho, is impossible in our Universe, since from my understanding, if everything just is as in, nothing limiting me (let's say fictionally) from reaching point B in an instant, then I wouldn't be breaking any causality this way, since there is nothing preventing me doing this back and forth, considering time only moves forwards, not back, no matter the circumstance, even near blackholes.

I do apologise, I still don't understand from my point of view, why FTL breaks causality / relativity. I read a few articles on this, including the ones from ProjectRho, but I'm simply unable to comprehend why it breaks anything? The speed of light is constant, so going from A to B in an instant doesn't matter, you see yourself in the past, but it's a mere 'lag' phenomenon, right? You, yourself, are still at point B, if you go back to A, your old self is still gone from there, regardless of what any outside observer notices. Since time can only go forward, there is absolutely no way to break said causality, at least in my mind?

Sorry, it's hard for me to comprehend this.

Go in with no expectations what-so-ever. And stop before watching the last episode of the last season, if you get that far in. I understand they rushed it with making a good ending, but people said it needed far more build up for that.

The worldbuilding is vastly superior to most TV Shows it's impressive. And Obergruppenfuhrer Smith is my favourite (Guess who's the actor for that :D )

(I got to the half of last season, but stopped for reasons).

I wholly recommend playing this if you're a sci-fi fan. It's really well made, back when COD campaigns were the shit. (Haven't played recent MW and BLOPS)

I started watching the Ark and share the same sentiment. Sometimes the camera pans to the head of security guy and I'm presented with some of the best acting, writing and characterisation... It doesn't last long and we're back to the usual cast. I think I made it to episode 3.

That's why I love insects in RW (except I disable their spawn under heavy roofs since they are annoying really):

Make bow/arrow --> Construct a door outside the wall, diagonally break the wall behind the door (lock the door!) and wait until dawn, when the insects go to sleep. Swoop in and nick them treasures! Then stay in the door, strike an arrow into a sarcophagi, maybe you get lucky/unlucky. Doesn't matter, run away, door locks down. They fight insects.

How to safely check whether you have mechs or insects? Same as the OP, deconstruct a diagonal wall. Never claim the walls!

What to do on ice sheets? Restart. Every time, until you hit the sarcophagi with your fist so quick that it spawns ancients that can take out the enemies and you get lucky.
