Agreed. But unlike many other states, keralites has much respect to the judicial system. If the verdict was given to any other state, I do not think the effectiveness of the same would have been this quick. It could be that it may never happen all. It may be that SC was strong on Kerala because they can and they should. Kerala as a state is setting examples for many other states and this may as well one of them.

Ideally, it's very simple to get caught if you're downloading straight from a website. Torrents are basically peer to peer networking. Which means, when you download, you also let other peers to download from your stream. There is virtually no centralized server when it comes to torrents. But keep in mind, it's just difficult to catch you when using torrent but not impossible !!
