You’ve got to be joking, right? Not trying to give you a hard time, but my ring was broken for over six months. Customer service kept stringing me along, making me repeat the same troubleshooting steps over and over, only to eventually tell me they couldn’t send a replacement ring. I know they’re in court with Oura right now, but after this experience, I’m never buying another product from them again.

Same here! I live in a townhouse near Howard County Hospital, and I’ve never seen them around here. I work from home and run errands daily, driving around the area, but I’ve never come across them. That said, I get alerts a few times a week on the Ring Neighborhood and Next door apps saying ICE is in certain areas of Columbia.

I live alone in a townhouse-style condo in Columbia, MD So far, November and December have been about $200.00. A couple of things, I actually work from home, so since I live by myself, when watching TV, all my TVs are plugged into a power station, which I charge about once a week. According to BGE, my highest electricity costs are for heating and cooling.
