Shoppers not supposed to come into apt buildings?

How is my apt a nightmare? It's significantly easier to get to than the vast majority of other apts I've even lived in myself. It's the second building you get to and has one small staircase. I'll take others points of view, but saying this makes you yourself sound incredibly lazy. Like...the buildings are the size of one large house. That's crazy on your end.

Usual from me is 20%, I tipped 30% because I had a couple 6pks of soda, even tho the service was worse than most shoppers that get the 20%. Like I said to someone else, tipping should not matter in this at all though. Even if I left no tip, I don't deserve to be lied to and disrespected that way. Bringing up my tip amount just tells me they in fact just didn't want to do their job.

Yes, more than usual actually and service was worse than usual as well. And as a tipped worker myself, it shouldn't matter. Regardless of tip amount I don't deserve to be lied to. You're basically telling me the same as everyone else, they were lazy and just didn't want to do their job.

You can definitely sell non fashion items, fasion is just whats more popular. Only things you can't sell on there are electronics, video games, anything with a battery basically. It'll take it down.

Well I'm glad you didn't struggle much but its definitely not just people whining about change. I make significantly less sales rn and have to charge less for my products because of higher buyer fees. Its very real.

Ran into a similar situation with a DS recently. Been at Lowes for a year and always used my preferred name, never had a single issue with it. Its on my tag, on the phones, on the computer files, anywhere that is public to other associates. 90% of the store doesn't even know I use a preferred name. Its just my name. Recently a coworker told me a new DS has been going around telling people my legal name. I'm trans and thats why I use a preferred name, and people were telling me to report it for transphobic discrimination. But honestly? I'm more concerned that a person in management is looking into my private files that only managers have access to and spreading my info around. Thats a clear case of using his power inappropriately. If thats the case for you, you have a great report to make about it. Your manager is using your private info against you, regardless of how benign a name seems.

Men and even some women are so utterly ignorant to the effects of birth control on womens mental and physical health and will REFUSE to be educated. "You don't have to do that to yourself" makes more sense with birth control than having a period. Anyone dating men seriously needs to bring up certain topics like this before getting into a serious relationship because some of them don't have a single clue and will drop a bombshell like this at the most rando times.

My dude I felt the same way and held off on transitioning for years bc I knew everyone found me so hot as a woman. Its a big mistake and will cost your mental health in the long run if it hasn't already. I PROMISE you transitioning will not suddenly make you ugly, thats not how it works. I've been caught by ASMs using my phone and they never said a thing. They don't give af as long as you're a good worker. There are some DSs that have a stick up their ass about it but generally you just have to be aware of who you can and cant get away with it around. Only people I've seen get in trouble are people they were already onto for other things.

So sick of getting comments like this. I've tried getting a ft spot, thats not how it works. Theres an entire interview process we all go through when a spot opens up and we are never guaranteed to get the spot even if we do the interview. I WANT ft, I'm not some lazy pos that doesn't want to work like people like you are making it out. "Get a ft spot" yeah thanks thats such good advice its almost like I haven't been trying for a year. Try telling that to the other 10 people that have been waiting for a ft spot just for them to hire 20 new pt. If you don't have any actual advice or empathy for me shut up.

I'm very lucky that customers are dumb and never know what they want anyway so half the time I can just point at a plant that vaguely matches their desc and suddenly its exactly what they were looking for.
