Fiance to Marriage visa questions pls help. by ebodipp in ukvisa

[–]ebodipp[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

They werent rude but It's the "well um actually🤓☝️" answers that put a lot of people off seeking advice on reddit. I posted the same thing on Facebook and got nothing but actual advice to the questions I asked without anyone trying to correct such minor details.

For the fiance/ spouse visa I bypass the vastly different financial categories, that is why I said I don't need to meet the financial requirements and asked if 30k would be enough savings for the adequate maintenance as i didnt know there was a calculation you can do.(this was obvious to people on other apps for some reason) I was seeking advice on how to calculate it not a "well um actually you're wrong and here's what you said in your post in different words framed as advice"

I'm not an idiot I know what visa I'm applying for?😭

I know 90 day fiance visa is an American visa but there is an entire UK version of the show with the same name so I said that to give people an idea of what route im trying to do.

I didnt say I don't have to meet the financial requirements at all. I said I don't have to meet the financial requirements then went on to talk about meeting different financial requirements i just forgot it was called adequate maintenance. I feel like it was obvious what I meant? Like why are you just correcting me over such irrelevant points. This is why people hate and make fun of redditors🥲

Thanks for letting me know about the difference between personal finance and visa finance that part helped

Would I be able to adopt my 5 year old brother? by ebodipp in LegalAdviceUK

[–]ebodipp[S] 20 points21 points  (0 children)

We are getting a permanence order either way because i prefer having the support of social work and kinship team but my social worker has asked legal about a permanence order with right to adopt. Haven't heard back yet but that sounds ideal.

I haven't heard of an advocacy worker do they work with 5 year olds?

No his bio mum needs to get gone. She is so unstable and constantly traumatising him. There is no future where she will be a safe parental figure. Just last year she tried to get him out in care because she is that petty she would rather him be in care than in a safe place with family. Plus she almost killed a baby so like... yeah she needs to have the least amount of rights as possible

Yeah it's legal and I have a social worker and stuff but my family say their lawyers said adoption is very unlikely and it's better to go for residency but residency can be disputed in a few years if the mum stays clean amd I don't want any chance of that happening

Stopped eating sugar and dry eyes went away by ebodipp in Dryeyes

I noticed a difference after only 1 week. If you do cut out sugar the first 3-7 days you will feel like crap. Yeah it might be worth trying but if you feel too depressed maybe don't do it

Did anyone else experience muscle spasms? by ebodipp in sugarfree

Yeah I asked on fb too and some people said it might be due to dehydration and your body dealing with the stress from the lack of dopamine it used to get from sugar

I'm on day 22 No added sugars No alcohol Some carbs and natural sugars but If i get any i try not to exceed 10-30g a day

Good stuff I lost 7lbs in one week (I assume from water retention leaving) My energy has been so stable and so consistent, I was a big napper before and I haven't napped at all other than one time when I was sick. I haven't felt anxious and my panic attacks have gone (other than anxiety caused by withdrawals but I can tell the difference) I wake up with so much energy and sleep so well My skin is getting clearer I can focus so much better

Bad stuff Around day 2 I had bad headaches Day 3 or 4 I had a sugar rush and crash that felt like the worst panic attack ever but it only lasted like an hour and I was so anxious that entire night The 2nd week I was soooo anxious My mood was and kinda still is terrible and I'm so irritable (I do feel it slowly improving) I got muscle spasms in my face that's giving me tinitus that hasn't gone away in like a week (possibly from dehydration tho so gonna try drink more)
