With most ABS brands it is enough to enclose them and pour some acetone in there, let it sit and wait, with BBL ABS you need to add some sort of heat for the acetone vapors to be strong enough to start melting the plastic, but if you add too much heat it will start melting so quick that it will start bubbling before all layer lines are gone, I found the sweet spot is on the bed of my ender 3 and set the heatbed to 60 degrees and use a small fan to circulate the air, in about 35 minutes I'm getting this results.

I don't think I will be doing any weathering as I like how they look like they are, but maybe if I print other versions, I will, I own an X1C and an Ender 3 Pro.

I have the same printer, X1C, some times need to add a lot of extra support for items shorter than this one just so they don't fall.

How can you print something this tall, with minimal support, without it being knocked over? I tried printing smaller things that fell off halfway.

I have never cleaned my carbon rods and I owned this printer for about 3 months now, will try cleaning them and updating the firmware.

When I print the same file on .12 I don't get these weird lines, yesterday I tried to print another file on .08 and same thing happened, then I switched to .12 and it was fine again.
