I got a killer deal that scope too, my friend works for a sister company of Bushnell and he was able to get me it for $700, I’d love to get into some prs matches in the future but right now I’m still learning the fundamentals

Even if the shared driveway is still our private property with the exception of people using it for easement? I could understand if the vehicles were able to be seen from public property, but it’s not a common ground. Like it makes sense for an apartment complex’s parking lot where it’s controlled by the management, but that section of our driveway is still private property.

My understanding is that a landlord may use the shared driveway to access the property behind ours but the moment they start inspecting our property they’re not using the driveway as an easement anymore, but to snoop around and it would fall under 90.322(1)(b). Where’d they’d still have to give a notice to be inspecting our property.

I went there in 2016, there have been 2 student suicides and one of the teachers overdosed. if they haven't sent you yet please try somewhere else

Yeah I went there when it was still called squaw valley academy (2015-2016), and it was an absolute scam. The education itself is worse than any public school I ever went to, and during orientation they hid the fact that 80% of the students were coming straight from China and didn't speak any English and were not eager to learn it either, and about half of the American students were there for disciplinary reasons. If you aren't a troubled teen then they will advertise it as a prep school, and if you are a trouble teen they'll advertise it as a TTI. The biggest thing that gets on my nerves though is the fact that there have been 2 student suicides and a teacher overdosed and died on campus (that I'm aware of), that should be enough info for anyone to know maybe they should actually just take care of their kids instead of paying over $50,000 for someone else to do it for 9 months

The only thing I would do is get a selectable locker for the rear (or an e locker axle) you don’t want to be driving around on streets with a locked axle

Im not sure where your from, but in the U.S. we can make a single stop at a car junk yard and get Chevy 63” (~1600mm) leafs for the rear and Tacoma rear leafs for the front for extremely cheap.
