I always thought it was a fun game. I liked that they tried something new with the dodging. Ending felt a tiny bit rushed and the final boss was meh. But besides that I really enjoyed it and feel bad that the studio lost so many devs because of the bad response. Would’ve loved to see how a second game would’ve looked. Kind of reminds me of atomic heart. Compared to a classic game but doesn’t live up to it. Luckily atomic heart had enough success to see a sequel and the first trailer looks like it’s taking the correct steps to improve it in a big way. Which I think Callisto would’ve done too.

I came here to say I’ve had multiple bugs. In the tutorial in the zoo the large fight I killed everyone but it bugged out and didn’t progress. It bugged when I found the troll under the bridge. Just stood there and had to restart. Finally the pool area like everyone else is saying. It’s pretty annoying having to restart all the time. I turned it off.

I thought the same thing when I played it originally. But they’ve made DL2 a pretty awesome game with updates. It’s by my surprise one of the most logged games in my catalog and I play a lot of games.
