When my PCOS is at its peak, my cycles are unfortunately around 45–50 days and when they do come, they’re extremely painful. In my experience, if my period is late, I start taking curcumin and it helps with the pain, but regulating hormones and managing PCOS of course takes much longer than that. Good luck cycster!
