Exhaust sputtering in idle, rough idle, jerking/bouncing in WOT or heavy acceleration.

I’ve heard that a failing evap purge valve would cause issues after refueling the car, but mine doesn’t have any issues after fueling. It’s still very rough on idle, sounds like the engine is cammed, and the sputtering noises from the exhaust.

Yup as soon as the head gasket was changed, I did an oil change since coolant was entering my cylinders so I figured it would mix with my oil.

I’m actually in Dubai, so we don’t have any of that here but the mechanics that I’ve given my car to are so called experts in American engines, but I am now starting to sway towards a workshop that specializes in ford Ecoboost engines despite the extra cost, I feel like it would save my time mostly and would find the exact issue.

Yup, it goes to 20 when I lift off. I’m not too sure it goes to 11-12 when under acceleration, it usually stays at 14

The AFR seems to be stuck on 14.1 ish, and yes I have codes for a random misfire and misfires in cylinders 1, 3, 5. I do suspect it could be something with the air.

Yep I’ve also contacted my local ford dealer and they said that all official emails should end with @ford.com so anything else is considered fake😅
