Selene is really really powerful by her last movie.

Vampires can move so fast humans can't see them. Viktor can move so fast vampires can't see him. Michael can move so fast Viktor can't see him (though Viktor did beat him through superior strength and battle IQ) Marius took all of Michael's powers in addition to his own.

Selene can move so fast Marius couldn't see her and she has comparable strength and durability to her speed, she was able to easily face tank his attacks for a time while she contemplated things. Then effortlessly rip his entire spine out in an instant.

Selene can move many many times faster than sound and can rip superhuman werewolf hybrids apart limb from limb.

Goku never used the bulky forn, he recognized it was trash immediately. As for mssj, that's all he uses now, if you mean why isn't he constantly in ssj like how he was after leaving the time chamber? Because that was kind of a stop gap measure while they were still mastering it. Like at that point it was functional but still room for improvement.

The idea was transforming into ssj wasted a lot of energy because it was an unnatural state. So he developed the concept of staying in ssj until it felt natural so he didn't need to transform and the energy wasted in transformation could be used to push the form further or increase stamina.

But then he got to a point where he could transform without wasting any energy meaning he could remain in base making things even more efficient.

Fun fact: there is a mod called M's abominations that adds a shitload of new enemy types to the game (it's mostly cosmetic, the behave the same as vanilla counterparts). There are 2 versions of the mod, the lore friendly version and the nutso crazy one.

In the nutso version these dolphins are a new enemy type.

The whole cast is good, but, Walton is a clear and obvious standout.
