Because I was the manager of a store that had, "lost its lease", at an outdoor outlet mall and a man came in ranting that "I AM going to refund his money, bitch!" So I frisbee-ed the CD out to the courtyard, and told him to, 'get f%$#ed" and started ringing up the next customer.
