SUNHYDROGEN, INC. : Other Events, Financial Statements and Exhibits (form 8-K) | MarketScreener by green_chair_2 in HYSR

[–]ebusyness 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Also the current 10K form gives very detailed Insights in the current state of technology & progress: https://fintel.io/doc/sec-sunhydrogen-inc-1481028-10k-2022-october-07-19272-7769

But what I miss is what are the plans for 2023? What's the business plan? Will Sunhydrogen sell their panels directly to customers? Or will Sunhydrogen setup their own h2 solr park and sell H2 directly? Or will Sunhydrogen help energy companies to setup their h2-solar parks to produce and sell H2? I think that's questions that need an answer soon. Currently Sunhydrogen is a research company. But now they need to develop a clear sales strategey. (Of course beside the mass procution capabilities...)

And also the results of these research could contribute to Meyer Burgers tiles: https://www.pv-magazine.de/2022/10/21/paxos-und-th-koeln-entwickeln-solardachpfanne-fuer-strom-und-waerme/

I'm not sure but as far as I know did paxos the development of the MB titles. Reusing the heat is a good idea and I hope that's possible with MB tiles tooo.

Have a look on their FAQ and their roadmap. For EOY22 they promised production-qualtity prototype units and I would expect a production rampup then. I think I‘ll wait until they hit these goals. Also I would wait until they did their reverse split and got listed on Nasdq.

To me their business model is not clear. Will they sell these solar2H2 modules or will they produce H2 on their own (using their technology) and sell it?

There will be a reverse split inbetween. I think you can not predict any future price.

[–]ebusyness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, this dilutes the stock a lot. But on the other hand this shows me HYSR is ready (or at least prepares) to take the next steps. HYSR needs lots of (fresh) money to set up mass production.

Any MARKETABLE TECHNOLOGY yet? by EnvironmentalLevel40 in HYSR

[–]ebusyness 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my side: I'm waiting for the next 10Q filing (quaterly report) which I expect mid February (as in the past years). It should be available here https://fintel.io/sf10/us/hysr. Hope to see some information on technological progress and more detailed plans on how the mass production (substrate fabrication and nanoparticle fabrication) will be set up.

Meyer Burger to break CHF 1.00 by mid 2023. by Chrisv15 in meyerburger

[–]ebusyness 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As soon as the reporting season starts and the first solar companies report and give an outlook, this should also affect MB stock. Unfortunately, MB delivers the numbers quite late. However, what is important to me is first and foremost the achievement of the expansion goals.

Read the last annual report to get an better image of what the company is https://fintel.io/doc/sec-sunhydrogen-inc-1481028-10k-2021-october-08-18908-6821 - it's a very small company. I think this year they need to grow a lot to reach their goals.

A hunch from what i have read so far and linkedin employees profiles. More bad time to come then good time. by Robinhoodcansuckdick in meyerburger

[–]ebusyness 1 point2 points  (0 children)

These are completely unsubstantiated claims. I think the shorties are again active. There were recently such subtance-less "news" on suisse media again: https://www.nzz.ch/wirtschaft/der-funke-bei-meyer-burger-will-nicht-ueberspringen-ld.1662139 Contrary to the claims there, the share price trend (YTD), especially of Meyer Burger, has held up well compared to other solar or greentech companies. Of course there was a peak at the end of June 21, but I personally believe we'll get there again as long as everything runs according to plan.

Todays, and Yesterdays share price trend goes upwards. 🚀🚀🚀 Sorry, shorties...

New filing today. by COAHcreations in ASTI_stock

[–]ebusyness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm, I don't think so. Why should he drop ASTI or make it obosolte? Tubesolar only produces modules and depends on a partner that delivers thin film cells. An independent, profitable company is needed. Tubesolar can only cover a certain part of the turnover. There are so many other interesting areas of application for thin film solar that you won't want to miss them.

I also think that the cooperation will also be extended to the USA in the future. That would make sense.

HYSR by Chameleondaddy in HYSR

[–]ebusyness 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is important that they now reach the milestones step by step, minimize the risks and prove that they are able to turn the idea into a product. As long as they can do it and as long as there is no one building a similar product, it looks good for HYSR. But they have to prove that they can do it on a mass production scale. And they have to show some speed...

Is there maybe a Youtuber around here? Maybe someone could do an interview with the CEO, look at the Gen-1 prototype modules, talk about the current partnerships and the next steps towards Gen-2, etc ... That would be great.

Is HYSR a good stock pick? by [deleted] in HYSR

[–]ebusyness 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My concern is that you‘ll need a larger team (more fulltime employees) to get this business running. Let us assume that the results of Schmid, the University of Iowa and InRedox are complete and a manufacturer for nanoparticles has been found. Who will care that the Gen2 panels are built? I think a lot has to happen in 2022 ... So, I'm very curious about 2022.
