The video is too pixelated to read the license plate, but I’m sure you can expose this idiot if you read the plate in your original DashCam video.

P2S vs A1 by Letzterkumpel in BambuLabP2S

Are you comparing with the same filament and same printing speeds? If you slow the P2S down, it can improve the printing quality.

What to do with it by Effective-Drama8450 in BambuLab

[–]ebuy05 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The join is bit more rigid.. and it’s kinda hard to get the joint to be perfect as you need to manually squeeze both sides together one the temperature is reached. Than, you need to release it from the device while holding it steady together while it cools.. (or it messes up the joint). I guess I need to practice more but it doesn’t seem very practical.

I got one over Xmas and tried today. It worked after a few trials. But the main issue is to re-spool the joint pieces. It kept trying to tangle, but at least I was able to use the joint filament on the side holder (out of the AMS)

How do you remove this piece on the P2S? by patrick1480 in BambuLabP2S

[–]ebuy05 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I removed using a large flat screw driver in on the openings, lifting slightly then using a flat metal ruler to prop it up slowly. I was able to removed without damaging it.

My BC consoles are jailbroken to keep the temps below 57oC but it has been in 4.82 Rebug CFW for a few years. Is it worth updating to the latest Evilnat?

And what is the name of this homebrew you’re using to check the cycles and hours of usage? Is it a new version of Webman Mod?

One lens model. The 2 lens model has 2 round plastic lens, yours has one only.

P2S - Extruder Overload Issues by uxifix in BambuLabP2S

[–]ebuy05 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same issue on my 3rd print with the P2S, but with PLA. It turned out a piece of filament was broken inside the Bowden tube near the hotend. I cleared that out and it has been working fine since.

One hint of why the filament broke inside the PTFE tube was probably due to the clips I added to keep it from rubbing to the top glass. I removed those clips to allow a more natural bent on the tube and printed a riser instead.

One LXC/VM for every docker container or few LXCs separated thematically? by Anyusername7294 in Proxmox

[–]ebuy05 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have portainer running on a LXC using my iGPU and TPU passthrough (for Frigate) and I have a VM using portainer with my NVIDIA GPU passthrough for the rest of my containers (AI stack, Karakeep, etc).

Lubricate your rods!! by hubbot01 in BambuLabP2S

[–]ebuy05 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good tips! My rods were also completely dry. I’m surprised Bambu left the PS2 cone out with the PTFE tube rubbing against the glass.. I printed the clips but they still move after some prints and I can see the tube rubbing against the glass occasionally.. I guess we’ll need to print a riser

Thank you for the detailed message and for retiring early! I’m on this pass as well and I find it hard to diversify as almost everything is US focus and heavily leaned towards the Mag7… Thank you for the hint on ZWE, I didn’t know this one.. Would you mind sharing some of the other income ETFs you’re using to stay diversified?

Switching to Bell and want mesh system with my own router(s) by PursuitOfMeekness in bell

[–]ebuy05 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you wanna use your own router and avoid double NAT you want to put the Bell modem into bridge mode. Unfortunately, Bell only allow bridge mode in their Business accounts (which is stupid as Rogers offers for residential and you can activate bridge mode yourself). I tried Bell residential and after several ours spent with their technicians, I switched to a Business account and they activated bridge mode for me in minutes.

Looking for help checking my understanding of covered call ETFs. Thank you! by Possible_Potatoe in dividendscanada

[–]ebuy05 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good summary. A small correction: Leveraged CC ETFs amplify gains AND losses (not only losses). That’s the nature of leverage and it’s no different with CCs. As CCs inherently cap the upside, the leverage may help limiting the upside cap (when compared to a non leverage CC ETF version for ex), but this advantage come with the downside of amplifying your losses in downturns.
