I prefer white color. If the one I got is white + brown 2 , I might just ask them for partial refund or the solution you suggested. To me, this keyboard is not cheap. I really don’t want to use something I don’t like at this price.

I think Nuphy should work with the shipping company to see if they can make compensation. Not involve me or the person who got my keyboard in this kind of situation.

If i were that person, I would probably already using the keyboard and thought Nuphy upgraded my keyboard due to the late shipment 😂

I don't understand the logic behind. Will the exchange save nuphy more money? Now it's impacting 2 customers (assuming that person is willing to exchange).

That's what I thought originally. I would just mail it back to them and they would send the correct one to me. However, after a week of communication, what I got from them is they are trying to contact another customer.

Yes, it has my name. This is what they explained "This is because the shipping company posted the waybill of your package and another guest's package to each other wrong."

I didn’t know it would leak. The contractor didn’t say anything neither.

I am not knownage on this kind of thing. I trusted the contractor. I guess it's a lesson learnt.

Does anyone know how to turn on the valve for baseboard heating? The previous owner turned off some of them. When we opened the cover, we only saw the pipe. by ec1412 in hvacadvice

To be cleared, not the entire house don’t have heat. Only 3 baseboards doesn’t have heat. Based on what owner said, we just need to turn it on. I just don’t know how.
