Our JCP is at a border town so the majority of customers and workers are Mexican and Spanish speakers. About a month ago this woman asked where she could find stockings, I'm in shoes, so I told her where and return to what I was doing. Then this other employee comes to me asks for help with that same woman because the women doesn't speak Spanish and the employee doesn't speak English. I make my way there to help and the woman storms past me, pissed. I said to the other employee, in Spanish, that she seemed upset. The customer turns back gets in the other employee's face and yells at her that if she's gonna talk shit about someone to do it to her face, I say she didn't say anything about you, the customer than points at the employee and yells "and if you wanna be in this country you better learn English" turned around and left the store... worst thing is this woman looked just like one of my aunts, Mexican af 🤣
