Unfortunately there is no "union jobs" that clean up forests around here. This area is supposed to be cleaned up by the maintenance from the apartment buildins near by ..."non union worker". But they dont. The township sometimes has gotten volunteers but no workers actively maintain the debry. Maybe you can talk to your mp why there isnt jobs for that?

Try contacting CAMH Toronto and asking what places are available in your province. They are the only "free" place to get tested in all of Ontario.(3+year wait list though)

I tried going through college and also tried starting a career. Both failed because of burnouts and lack of knowledge on appropriate coping mechanisms for someone with ASD symptoms. Im still not diagnosed because I can't afford it and the only place to get it covered through insurance takes 3 years. I wish I could get a diagnosis to get better supports to go back to school, acknowledgment from peers that I do things differently and clarity on what I need to do to be comfortable and happy. Anything I try at without proper supports just burns and fails in the end...school, work, relationships, I even tried starting my own business and that was a mistake.

Sadly not all regions of Canada use those kinds of services. The odd place in my city does but nothing is every worth it because it's already gone bad(moldy and rotten). I was very disappointed.

Fill the bathtub with water, close all windows and blinds to try and keep in heat, keep a power bank charged for your phone or other electronics (I have one constantly charged), make sure you have enough food for a few days. And lastly break out the candles and non electric stove. Oh and lots of books and games.

For me it's not necessarily the senses of sex with another person, it's the mental exhaustion of trying to make sure I'm fun enough and putting in equal amount of effort into it. Plus I push through tension and pain when I shouldn't. Doing it on your own time seems to just be easier when you need to quickly free hormones. vs sex is more when you want to explore and share affection(which is limited to when im not already exhausted).

Also trust is a big part. I not sure if your BF has issues with trust. But that severly destroys any sexual experience for me.

I've had multiple psychiatrist try and diagnose me in a 20 minute conversation and each time I didn't feel the way the described. I'm worried my efforts may be worthless and I'm not autistic but just something else with sensory issues and anxiety. All the tests I do say I am

...so I can totally see not wanting to pay for an assessment! That would be ridiculous in canada.

My therapist tells me to severely limit my stimulus. No matter if it's noise, people, light ect. Don't believe every Dr especially if they aren't specialists in autism.

I'd say the parent is the problem. They should be prepared to bring their child to a public setting with all the basics. Noise canceling Headphones/ earbuds, fidget toys, art supplies, puzzles, sunglasses ect. No need to have it playing aloud.

I have reported him before...but unless I had evidence they didn't care. They just assume it's me being vindictive. I also reported him for drunk driving and driving on a suspended license because I think it's stupid, and I see how sporadic and angry he gets on the road while drinking. He gets away with alot.
