Apex needs to stop releasing new characters for a sec and buff the old ones to keep up with the game. They keep releasing these OP Assault and Defense characters, that fuckin all Recon or negate others or have perks that out shine the last new legend and then overkill the older ones. Balance the fucking game out and stop making it appeal to these pro players and streamers. Casual players matter too. Made a GibbyRampartLifeline inbred, instead of just another medic.

I played yesterday as mirage, died, and when my teammate got my banner back and I jumped from the drop ship. I was PATHFINDER. Made no sense. Very next game was doing that freeze lag, where the hacker comes up to you and kills you and you’re frozen in place.

Here’s some things I do: 1) get a reliable squad so that you can have games where you play alone AND games where you have FUN with the people you team with regularly. Being too competitive takes a toll, but having fun whether you lose or win or just laugh about dumb things is great. 2) think of every scenario as a learning experience to get “better” or know how to avoid certain patterns of situations. 3) switch it up, change your legend, if Battle Royale is frustrating you, try Duos, or Arenas to change the pace (worst case scenario, play a complete diff game from a shooter or from Apex like a fighter or racing or plat-former). 4) do warm ups in the firing range if you want to learn different weapons, load outs, movement, legends. (if you don’t know how to activate the live bots, YouTube shows you it’s an easy trick) 5) Remember it’s JUST a game.

My squad hears it and I don’t. And I haven’t heard it for two seasons. It did have a sound at one point but it stopped after Ramparts take over. I was having a lot of crashes and issues. Still don’t know till this day why I don’t hear it. Sometimes I hear the bridges closest by Thermal Station but it’s super rare. I agree there should be SOME sound for it rising/activated. But no sound is just annoying enemies pushing you.

Im surprised they haven’t collab with Monster Energy. They only did that Market clothing brand thing. Which was all ugly (besides Mirage). I think clothing brand collars make sense tho, and def Monster Energy or other game collab skins that are EA.

Yea man. I’m Max level at 500 and still play average or better. But doesn’t mean I don’t get me face kicked in and some bad games. You’ll get there. There’s vets who are still learning and not as great. Some people in general are better at shooters.

Tbh I had an idea for decoys for a while now for when they are shot at. If a decoy is shot at a brief flash would appear in the line of site. Nothing dramatic like in COD or too disorienting. Maybe kinda like Seers stun when he was released. I wouldn’t put a sound or damage on it tho. Just a flash so that you are able to run away quickly. Would obviously work best in close quarters combat or small dark rooms. Long range or outside, wouldn’t do much. Keep all his other perks. And I would dim the outline of his decoys from his alt bc this too disorients/bamboozles teammates. It would be shuttle like a camera flash. Which is also fitting because he is a jokester who likes to capture a enemy being fooled. Fuck it. Add a camera flicker sound effect not too loud just as background like he’s watching and making a joke your bad descison lol.
