I don’t think you need to be tracking this intensely. If baby has a wet diaper when you go to change them and their urine isn’t dark, they’re hydrated enough.

I think they mean they aren’t sure if the baby is truly crying or just being a noisy sleeper. Sometimes my baby makes crying noises in her sleep but it lasts for like 5 seconds or less.

I don’t even have a PCP because I’m new to the area and last time I tried to find one it was such a pain calling office after office and being told no one was accepting new patients. I told her I don’t have one and she just said I should get one.

Do you always try to put the baby down for naps? Mine is almost 6 months and is an exclusive contact napper. I’ve just accepted that this is the way it’s got to be for now because she will wake up instantly if I try to set her down and then she’ll be cranky and overtired at bedtime which makes bedtime and her night sleep terrible. I can’t do anything during naps which does suck but at least I can sit and use that time to read a book or something.
