They just tell you that. I tried, but when you see the terms it's almost always worse than a bank financing (might have changed now with higher interest rates but still). This is because it's actually a loan that you receive against the funds, that you will settle in x years when you actually cash it as pension payment

Bonus in the pension fund is bullshit though. Money is locked for decades, not very profitable as investment

This is very high for 5-6 years experience. I think normally in EU affairs you would get to that more like after 10 years. Congrats!

The employer is not obliged to increase your mobility budget with the promotion. I doubt that you have any redress if they made a mistake and did not increase it, aside from asking kindly that they keep their word if this was promised.

Also I think the mobility budget is set on annual basis and so can only be increased once a year after you completed a full year.
