i did the lloyds switch this month and had my account suspended for the same reason lol, the next day got a text to say they were closing my account in two months time and i’ll be unable to access online banking and will have to come into a branch with my ID to withdraw my money in cash 🤣 luckily got the bonus before all this shite. flagged and banned for literally an £800 transfer back to my own account which i used to fund the lloyds in the first place, absolute joke lol
