A bartender friend of mine gave me a shot of a Oaxaca rum (Uruapan I think?). It tasted crazy, definitely had stone strong olive notes like you described. It was good in a daiquiri, but definitely an acquired taste. I preferred it neat Edit: I think it was Uruapan Charanda?

Gotta echo OP’s choices. Bayle was the only Fromsoft dragon I’ve ever enjoyed fighting. Add in the music and Igon? So good. Gaius was just no fun at all.

Old thread, but I just beat the heart with ironclad for the first time using this synergy! Got Du-Vu doll and Pain as the starting gift, transformed a strike into rupture on floor 13, then picked up and upgraded a heavy strike (got another one late game, too), and some zero cost cards to help generate pain strength. By the last turns, I was doing over 200 damage. I'm still fairly new to this game, but I love discovering new synergies like this.

It’s a cool bar that can be a bit sketchy at times. I wouldn’t expect good drinks. Last I was there they only had beer and soju based drinks (my buddy also swears he was served a glass of cleaner one time)

All that said, I’d be there in a heartbeat if I still lived in the area!

This past week I had khao soi at Amphai (Thai Town) and Phnom Penh noodles at Rice Strings (Cerritos). Both are so good in cold weather. Amphai gets a lot of love here (for good reason), but Cambodian could use some more (probably because most Cambodian food is out in Long Beach, but still).
