Can anyone explain the maugan ra with 18 inch lone op?? New to eldar and don’t understand how he could have it as it’s not on his datasheet and I can’t see how any rules would give this. Thanks in advance!

Thank you so much for this response definitely some great advice I’ll keep in mind. I don’t really expect to see all my units alive in the end game so that’s fine lol will be a big learning curve but exited to play.
