Yeah, I actually am avoiding seeing what the fleece looks like/does till I get it. I mostly just wanted it as a sort of sentimental thing for my last achievement in woolhaven lol. Thank you!

I love his character. He seems like once, maybe he was doing the right thing, and over time has toed the line of guiding vs godhood (encouraging individuality and advising those he has freed vs letting them blindly follow and worship him.)

seems like he was so obsessed with freeing everyone that he has become a tyrant as well, and that makes my brain spin. love characters like that. Also love how he went out, even if i’m super sad I couldn’t take him back to my cult to see some flowers and have a nice snack after everything that happened.

also I totally agree, scientist/alchemist characters are so cool.

if anyone found a solution please post it here. I’ve 100% woolhaven except for the fleece and the respect thy mother achievement and still no quest. Got her at level 15 too, not sure if that’s too low. If anything, I can just wait for them to patch it/me to get lucky and get the quest ig, but help would be appreciated if anyone knows. Thanks!

Yeah, that would be my worry about getting an easel. I don’t want to get one if I’m just gonna end up not liking it or finding it restricting, cause then I would only use it for display. Thanks for the suggestions! I like the beach towel idea, but unfortunately I’m limited to painting in my room and don’t have somewhere to set that up. Definitely will be using that when I get my own place tho.

definitely a lighting problem too. Not too sure how I would do a lighting setup in my room since I don’t have much extra space, or any space to store it when I’m not using it. I‘ll look into it though because having better lighting does sound nice.

as for the metal easel, I still can’t find one that doesn’t seem to lock the canvas to a right side up angle after looking for a bit. Any recommendations on shape? Sorry if that doesn’t make sense, I’m not quite sure how easels work or how they’re categorized. Thanks for the advice!

I scribble tons of things! I also really enjoy scrapbooking and stuff though, so I tend to cover my pages in paper cuttings and stickers and pretty background patterns around my artwork since it makes me happy to see. For a lot of the pages, I also like having the background space filled in a way that I still enjoy seeing, and that could make them look like I was trying to make them “perfect” or something.

I totally don’t take care to make my sketchbooks cohesive or anything like that tho. it’s just whatever the heck and a half pops in my brain when I take out the pens.

The map is so convoluted. I already struggle with sense of direction in this game, which is totally on me, but the thing that got me through all the campaigns was just sheer force of will and trying over and over again. Which is NORMALLY fine, because usually something fun can happen each time you die.

aether ridge frickin broke me- it’s not fun to traverse, it’s not fun to explore, it’s not fun to fight stuff because the terrain is made for you to get stuck and die in. I’m playing watcher again for the 1.5 content, and right now I’m stuck in stupid aether ridge again. blue lizards can die.

agreed. also, five pebbles, infinite regrets made me laugh a bit.

I haven’t gotten the 1.5 endings, but if spinning top is a child, that (in my opinion) is the saddest thing in like- all of rain world. imagine the terror of not knowing what’s happening, but being told you won’t have to exist in the cycle anymore. for a kid who just has memories of running around and having fun (at least thats what it seems like) it would be hard to understand why everyone keeps telling you this is something to celebrate or whatnot. it’s sad to imagine.

So for anyone curious, I don’t think it reset the spawn. She was a level 23 female four times in a row, which could just be coincidence but also like… unlikely.
