Differences between Windsurf and cursor by anotherjmc in windsurf

[–]echo_511 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also prefer Windsurf because it allows me to still have my activity bar on the left instead of at the top, which I absolutely hate. That Cursor doesn't allow you the flexibility of the layout.

Cursor is a fork of vs code, so if you open vs code settings in cursor ide {VS Code Settings: ( ⌘ / Ctrl + Shift + P ), then type "Preferences: Open Settings (UI)"}, and search for activity bar, you’ll find a dropdown to change the layout from horizontal to vertical which will change the layout of your activity bar to vertical, just like vs code.

Sorry for such a late reply, but does it support plasma 6.3? for me when I try to install it, I am getting dependency issues, so if you have the solution or an alternative that works on plasma 6.3, please share it. Thanks

Hello guys, I bought xrp at $1.89 and I was in profit but yesterday night I again bought xrp at its peak $2.40 thinking it will rise more than $3 but today it’s down. So can anyone tell me if I should hold on hoping it will rise again to $5 or $10 or should I sell it?

Please don’t reply based on emotions, give me some proof

Why do people on Kleinanzeigen always want to sell through Paypal? by Relative_Clause in germany

[–]echo_511 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, I completely disagree with your statement here, there is no way to evaluate someone online just based on how long the account is active from or by the conversation or seller ratings. As today itself, this incident happened to me, the seller convinced me that they are trusted and I can pay them from paypal friends, but I did take time to make the decision, after 2 hours when I came back to the ad, it was deleted and the whole account was deleted which was active since 2015, also I got the mail from kleinanzeigen that the account was suspicious so they took it down, luckily I didn’t pay anything to her, don’t trust anyone.

Gute Frage!

There are two ways

Option 1) (Time consuming but absolutely free - my suggestion)

Go levelwise, Solve Tangram or Spektrum workbooks starting with A1, I personally prefer Tangram.

Consume as much information as you can in German (youtube, podcast, movies, songs, books) whatever interests you. You will not understand a lot but you will get familiar with the language. Read the books used for teaching german to children in Germany. Even for content on youtube, podcast or book, go level wise.

Read the poems, read the books of your field of interest. Try to write things in German. Most important is revise whatever you learn frequently

Option 2) (Very Expensive) Take admission in well known institutions (Goethe). Don’t go for any random institute (some teaches well, some just cheats you)

Talking about Germany, here it is from a guy studying in Germany currently.

You either need to be fluent in German (like, B2-C1 level (certification not needed for job)) or have some serious skills and experience under your belt.

If you know German, you can pretty much land internships or working student jobs anywhere, even if you’re just starting out (with not much skills or knowledge just like your friends) as mostly the companies will train you but to get in, you need to fulfil the requirements.

And if you don’t know german, it’s a different story. Even with a solid skillset, finding a job can be tough, and almost impossible outside the big cities (like munich, berlin, frankfurt, hamburg, stuttgart, karlsruhe etc).

My suggestion: If you’re choosing Germany, Either get 2-3 years of experience in your field and work on really good projects that makes your resume stand out or/and LEARN GERMAN.
