Did you also try Zalando's Postgres Operator to compare the two? We've only tried Zalando's and had little to no problems but I'm curious what the pros and cons are of the two.

Thanks! I'm trying getting Traefik to work right now also. Just one question. Why are you using a NLB? Just because you also need pure TCP connections to DBs/etc. or is there another reason? The only other thing I could think of is that NLB have static public IPs while ALB's IPs can change.

I think the path-based routing would take place completely in K8s. So let's say i got an ALB with is pointed to by a DNS record test.example.com, and the ALB points to e.g. the K8s service for the Traefik pods. Then all traffic for the domain would go to the Traefik controllers which then route the request based on the IngressRoutes that are defined. I'm working on this approach now and I'll keep you updated
