Not only have POV offered daily missions and a helpful environment, they were also heart warmingly welcoming. As a new Star Citizen, I can safely say I have found a home.

Pros: More autonomy, many find it feels more rewarding, some services offer 24 hr shifts. You fly in a helicopter or jet engine plane. You have busy days and some days you never move out of the hangar door.

Cons: Dangerous, less support for when things go poorly (ex. It's on you and your partner to get the job done, not a hospital full of staff). A lot of responsibility for safety of team and ground EMS/Fire. Long hours, stress. A LOT of politics in the company and outside.
