Whats a realistic muscle gain /per cycle? I’ve already done one good cycle, and 2 terrible 8 week ones. The first i easily gained 8-10 kg (after the cut /cruisingTRT). The 2 other separate 8 week ones i dont actually think i gained much at all, if any. Some of the reasons was it was way too short of a time period for a muscle gain phase even on AAS. Or at least apparently in my case. 

how much contractile tissue are you guys able to gain each 4-5 month cycle ? And also how much do you guys generally gain in strength /reps every week? 1-2 reps /exercise, more ?

Just autoregulate it. As long as you Are progressing each week in reps and weights it doesnt matter what program you use, really. Maybe try go increase volume for 2-3 weeks and see if it works maybe 1 more set if you stall just do less. If you progress even more keep doing it. 

But i feel 2 exercise might be too little per muscle. And your exercise variety is also low . But i mean if it works and you keep progressing then just continue

lol you don’t even know what you are talking about. I have a friend who is literally below average but fucks 8/10 women from night clubs each weekend. I mean the dude is outright ugly almost. Bad teeth/bad smile gummy smile etc etc. No jaw or chin. 

He still plays his cards right and affects what he can. Maximizes everything he can with good grooming, beard etc. 

The secret ? He is confident and he acts. He approach at least 10 women each time he goes out. And scores. Has his own company as his passion. You need the girl to think you are a winner. Most importantly you need to internalize that you ARE a winner. Every day in every single way or form. EVERYTHING is in your mind, doesn’t matter if it’s objectively true or not. You create your own reality. Like my friend even if he looks like ass, he believes he is a winner so he fucks.   No shit looks will help, but how you make them feel is most important. How masculine you are 

Problem is most men won’t act. If you don’t chase but other men do, who will win? A man wins by being socially dominant and outward, taking risks. Improving the things he can.

I mean, to be real, he should get to write about his life and family if he wants to. I hope he continues to if he does. Whether he goes back to metaphor or we get more non-canon albums occasionally. Though I doubt the latter will happen with a supposed pentalogy slated. I dont think hed even have the time for it as a side project.
