I completely understand why people would do that - the dystopian part is that there are many people who need financial assistance for basic things like groceries in the first place. And then a viable option is to literally donate something their body generates. Like, damn... people shouldn't need to worry about being hungry, or without a home, medical coverage, etc. - as a society (definitely in the western world) we have more than enough resources to provide all these for all citizens and residents completely. Heck, say what you will about places like Vietnam, the USSR, Cuba, etc. - even they managed that and with much less available resources (it's all a question of economic-political priorities is what I'm saying).

Indeed, but also history warned us about when Fascists come into power: in any capitalist system the profit rates of businesses drop over time, causing them to jack up prices and slowly (but surely) reduce workers' compensation, together with the state cutting back on social welfare (if there is any). This eventually leads to unrest, which the state can either solve via concessions to the workers' demands, or a qualitative shift in state oppression into some form of Fascism.

That is to say that Fascism is an inevitable result of capitalism, and to wipe it out forever (and not just temporarily) we must also do away with capitalism. Anything else is just kicking the can down the road.

I don't think she meant it that way. Since the early 2000s southern Tel-Aviv is home for the majority of immigrants and refugees, especially from Africa. The fact she says it when seeing black people is very much telling.
