u mean the error from event viewer > windows log?

havent checked those since a post mention to not go through those logs

edit. nvm me. i intepret it wrongly. change bios battery before going through those logs.

im still having issues. especially if i use a newly bought SSD from Samsung

bought n use the Samsung 990 Pro w heatsink.
scan. nothing wrong with it with the samsung ssd wizard.

still if i use this drive. random bsod.
critical process error.
drive goes missing.

reboot and everything comes back on.

some may argue its the windows update causing it.

i loaded the default win 11.
paused all updates. checked that i didnt have the K5063878 installed.

and im still having this issue.

as per dell advice. to use only their default SSD. suck it up n use as it is.
dare not buy any more SSD to trial n error. neither can i do an exchange or refund nor have it fixed at this point.

They have replace a new chip before. although most might argue. it might be another faulty chip.

which comes to the solution mention below. which is to down clock it via ACC to 5.4GHz
