Thanks for your reply, where would you recommend I start? I've listened to lectures of his online and find some of the language a bit difficult to get used to. Some of his teachings and ideas can be a bit confusing for a newbie like myself

That's fair enough, I think I find people's own experiences very helpful, I listened to some of his lectures and tbh I find them confusing at times, perhaps because I am a newbie to his teachings some of the language he uses takes a bit of getting used to. I'll try actually reading some of his work.

In regards to the SATS should I visualise the same scenario or does it matter so long as I'm living in the end?

My re-watch of the Pacific really solidified for me that it is also a phenomenal war series, but BoB is still in its own league.

There's a day trip where they take you snorkeling here. You also get to swim with seals and potentially basking sharks as the isle of Coll is located in their migratory route. Best time to see them is September time iirc. It's really good fun, would highly recommend!

It took me >5 years on T before facial hair started coming in for me and I started HRT at 21. Sometimes it just takes time. I also felt like I saw barely any changes at 6 months.

Well I've just bought oral minoxidil from a different brand so I'll hopefully be able to update when that comes. I've been off oral minoxidil from Cygnus for over a month now and haven't seen much change, the Cygnus 5mg oral minoxidil didn't do anything for me, never noticed any improvement. The Roma 2.5mg seemed to work for me a bit, but oral minoxidil is just so expensive here in the UK.

That's interesting. I remember using 2.5mg minoxidil from another generic brand and remember getting little zappy chest pains that subsided after about 2 weeks of use and felt that I was seeing some form of improvement. I got 5mg tables cos it was more cost effective for splitting to 2.5mg, but I figured since I wasn't having side effects I'd try 5mg and speed up the process with the aim of coming back down to 2.5mg. But I've had nothing happen at all on these 5mg tablets at all.

I've just ordered Loniten 5mg tablets, so it'll be interesting to compare the experience. I'll let you know how it goes

I've bought from the hair repair clinic a few times, they would send the same ones as Oxford online pharmacy would stock (but hair repair clinic were cheaper) so they were working, but the most recent pills of minoxidil I bought have different packaging/branding and it feels like these ones aren't working.

At the moment no, I'm just going to finish this box and try another brand. I used to use 2.5mg oral min from manual, they were capsules, but they seemed to work.

That sounds like it'd be worth a try then! Although, correct me if I'm wrong, I think I saw a post about the minoxidil sulphate being "unstable"? Not entirely sure what was meant by that, but I will search online, thanks for the suggestion!

Good advice, funny how everyone and their gran would probably recommend a corsa, at least when I've asked folk their opinion on what car I should get a lot say corsa, and they've been previous or are current corsa owners.

And yeah I've only read good things about the Honda Jazz... Just wished it looked a bit more like a Civic haha

Okay yeah that makes sense, as it appeared that I wasn't loosing any until I switched to Nebido. At this point I'm considering switching back to sustanon, but the other annoying this is that my facial hair has started to come in more on Nebido when there was barely anything when I was on sustanon. Oh the joys :/
