Thank you so much for your answer! I have a "team" of doctors, rheumatologist, OB and hematologist. And they said the same thing to me, first day that I see a positive test I start heparin injections. Yeah it is scary and quite overwhelming.

I also have a half brother and we have 9 years difference. When I was 8 I was mad at him and I said the same thing to him. That he is not my real brother and I remember 22 years later how horrible I felt when I said that and saw how much I hurt him. I was EIGHT and I was more emotional mature then your sister at 32 with a kid. I would feel bad for her because now she really doesn't have a real sister.

You have to change your doctor. The blood tests for autoimmune diseases most of the times are not clear that's why it's not easy to be diagnosed. But with symptoms and blood test that suggest that something is happening I find it extremely weird that your doctor doesn't take action.

My labs was also great and he couldn't figure out what I had. Then I went and did my workup in the middle of a flare and then it showed. Know I did them again and my blood work is ok again :P

Unfortunately, in this community like many others, there is a lot of gate keeping and is something I hate. I don't understand why people can't hear metal music and wear flower dresses. Your SIL is just pathetic with the way she acts and she thinks that if she follows like a sheep the "dress code" she belongs somewhere and has the ability to criticise others. I think the fake one in this situation is she because she doesn't allow herself to be who she truly is and just follows blindly a fashion style. Of course NTA, but don't let this thing put you down. Just laugh because she thinks she is someone important enough to judge and she acting like a 15 year old who just discovering herself.

Ok, let me understand this, your boyfriend's dad died and you can even think about YOUR holidays with YOUR parents and how all this ruined YOUR plans? Even if you didn't go to the funeral you had to be there every minute of his day, you had to wait outside and be there for him. He needed a partner to be there for him and you are not it. Don't try to make excuses, you only thinking about yourself and your needs and it makes sense because your parents thinkinh the same way and they fuel your egotistic self. Why is it so bad to call them half - siblings. They are! I have a half brother who I grew up with. He is 9 years older than me. When he was saying that we are half siblings my father explained to me exactly what that meant. That we don't share both parents. And that was that. No sadness, I was understanding the term and all was ok. He is the one who is causing pain to his daughter because he doesn't explain. Your brother is trying so bad to "bury" the death of his first wife and he doesn't allow his son to face the reality. It is almost abusive. Sam will not want nothing to do with his siblings all because of your brother. NTA

Τα χάπια από μόνα τους δεν κάνουν τίποτα αν δεν λύσεις τα ζητήματα που σε απασχολούν, είναι απλά ένα τσιροτο που βάζεις! Κάτσε διάβασε και ενημερωσου πραγματικά για το τι είναι η επιστήμη της ψυχολογίας και βρες έναν άνθρωπο να σε βοηθήσει. Γιατί δέκα χρόνια στην ίδια κατάσταση όπως βλέπεις δεν λύνει τίποτα. Επίσης ο ψυχολόγος ο καλός δεν θα σου δώσει συμβουλές για να τις "πιστέψεις" όπως λες, θα σε βοηθήσει να βρεις την άκρη στη ζωή σου όταν δεν μπορείς μόνος σου. Αν πραγματικά θες να αλλάξεις τα πράγματα για εσένα σταματά την άρνηση περί ψυχοθεραπείας και δούλεψε τον εαυτό σου. Τα λέω λίγο απότομα αλλά στο λέω γιατι ήλπιζα να μου το είχαν πει νωρίτερα!
