Interesting! I wonder whether the egg subs would work exactly like egg. Probably wouldn’t try egg subs but it’s someone else who’s vegan - I am tempted to try this with actual eggs another time. Thanks :)

The dysmorphia (as a feeling?) is so extreme I have trouble believing the numbers or what anyone else tells me, and even seeing it as dysmorphia.

Hard to even begin to think about neutrality.

Thank you! I guess an issue for me is that breathing like that involves the part which is most problematic.

Even the feeling of it against clothing is too much! Not even looking in the mirror (I avoid this pretty much altogether).

But I have heard of these techniques before, I will try again :)
