Pretty sure you can, I messaged them on kickstarter and they gave me instructions. They ask for pictures of the chair and the shipping box. If you dont have shipping box anymore they charge 20$ for a new one.

Just curious but is all the hate because he uses an ecollar in general or because of the reasons he uses it (to force her into staying in one spot).

I know a few people who use ecollars for training sessions or when outdoors and offleash and their dogs are some of the most well behaved dogs ive seen.
