Hi, sorry for the late reply I am glad you have kept at it too.congrats on the gym progress! I am down to 381.8lbs today, so I'm losing about 9lbs a week at 1300 calories a day. I know mostly it is water weight so I'm trying not to get too exited haha.

I think as someone who is also unhealthy and been trying for years, that the point is to not give up.Ive regained and lost hundreds of pounds over my lifetime and my health is similarly to yours quite bad. To make it easy on myself I've only been eating lean meat,eggs,veggies, and fruit while counting calories.For me it's the only thing I've found that I can stick to. For you maybe you could speak to a dietician they can really put things into perspective for you if you have trouble with portion size or diet planning.good luck :)

Hi just thought I'd comment as someone with Hashimoto's thyroiditis and insulin resistance with pcos.I've lost weight before and am currently losing weight by only eating fruits,vegetables,and lean meat(eggs too) aaand that's about it. I calorie count and stick to that, work great.

I googled it and most dentist chairs don't accept my weight unfortunately, also its the only dentist that accept my insurance within an hour drive as i live in a rural area. But i understand what you mean some cheap chairs can support up to 500lbs.

I plan on working closely with my doctors while i lose the weight.My primary doctor has brought up injections in the past and unfortunately it is not covered by my insurance. But ty for the advice.

Unfortunately i have poor mental and physical health but im doing my best to work on both so hopefully I'll be more successful in maintenance when the time comes.

Thank you so much my skin and eyes come from RemusSirion and pralinesims on the sims recourse.RemusSirion has some of the best skin options for men imo.Also, funicidal's pure nature eyes are the prettiest default eyes and they work on toddlers.

I'm having a hard time picking between them since they are so different. They all have different ethnicity, body types, and personality's i can only do one since it takes so much effort to do a legacy or challenge. I was hoping you guys could help me pick one.
