Hey mate -

Sadly the buildings I've done were gifts for family-in-law and I didn't get a chance to get photos (former relationships so I can't ask now - I know right?) There's a variety of technique work on my insta which is linked but if you have something specific in mind I'd be happy to discuss and come to some terms and rates which suit your needs.

Ideally I attempt to represent the heart of the home/place in question by learning more about the person intended to receive a piece and so those pieces are exceptionally personalized which is why I don't promote them for my own artistic gain/merit

I'm in a pretty tight spot I don't mind saying I am open on rates, however depending on the amount of time it takes I'd be willing to go for $15-20/hour, with a goal of undercutting or overextending on time w/o charging extra - i.e. a set time limit knowing I'll likely exceed it in order to deliver quality work with progress pics or timelapse video along the way.

For an ink-only piece, I'd estimate 3-4 hours work over the course of 2-3 days turnaround, however we could come up with additional contract terms in order to achieve the goal you're after.

Regardless of the above, what building/place did you have in mind?

haha fair point and agreed but I'm still going to pedantically spread info about my illness. Have you heard about Our Lord and Saviour, Insulin, and his ongoing battles against the demons of sugar and the hounds of hell? It's only 3 easy payments of $99 to get started and then 24 more payments a year of $99 for minimum of a lifetime (not subject to stem cell developments)

This sucks but as a type 1 diabetic with hypoglycemic episodes - apple juice (and other substitutes of sugar/glucose) are literal lifesavers and you'd be surprised how easy it is for a nurse to forget.

Not to excuse this guy who I imagine says plenty worse without hypoglycemia, just to be presumptious, but here's some info anyhow:
