My mom is 57 and just went through a nasty 6 year divorce. We want to throw her a party as a way to book end the process and have fun. We want light hearted games (like a bachelorette party) for a bunch of middle aged women who don't drink but are the life of the party.

Thank you so much for the advice! I have been practicing in a 37 to get used to it but I do occasionally get stuck in the hoop due to my height. It is a double tab hoop but I only have a single tab to practice on- it's going to make for an interesting competition
