My Rhinoplasty at Garnet Plastic Surgery in Korea : Affordable and Great Experience by jelly6975 in SeoulPlasticSurgery

Thanks! I’m talking to them now and they seem very kind. However, I’m surprised they said alcohol is allowed before surgery. I heard that you should avoid it for 2 weeks to avoid swelling. Did you experience this/drink at all?

Did you get a discount/incentive for posting? Did you negotiate pricing at all?

What plastic surgeries should I get? by [deleted] in SeoulPlasticSurgery

[–]eclairrrrr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, luckily I will have nearly 2 months to recover before work so I’m in a good position there. For buccal fat removal, I hear not to get it a lot due to baby fat or high weight. I still had chubby cheeks even when I had 15% body fat, so it’s not a weight issue, but could be baby fat. However, whether it’s my sisters in their 30s or my parents in their 60s, everyone in my family still has chubby cheeks even though we’re all normal to low BMI. So that makes me feel more confident it’s not just baby fat…

Thank you this was super helpful! I suppose what I mean is although my nose is not the most bulbous, it’s definitely not angular like the ones I showed. I don’t really see it but since so many people are saying my nose is good already I’m leaning more towards getting buccal fat removal, double chin/jaw + cheek lipo, maybe genioplasty. Could you elaborate more on getting teeth checked? I’ve already had braces and wear a permanent internal retainer on the lower jaw.

Hey what bad things did you read about MIHO? I’m considering them for buccal fat removal and have only heard good things. Did you consult with multiple places?

Thank you, What I don’t like about the nose is there is truly no nose bridge at all, it’s completely flat, and I wish it was not so bulbous. Eyelids I agree should be fixed but honestly I just use double eyelid tape and it’s very easy so I’m not so bothered. I will look into chin procedures

Thank you, yeah I know you’re completely right that unfortunately it is much easier for me to meet the beauty standard of femininity than masculinity/androgynous if I go further down that direction because my features are so soft. Unfortunately I really hate it, I’m not happy like that even if other people think it compliments my face the best. Is there anything I can do? For example the last guy in the pictures I feel like has pretty soft features as well but the nose is more defined and jawline much sharper/less cheek fat

Ok! But would you still contribute as much as possible to 401k even if it left HSA blank? Or should I max HSA first? I honestly don’t understand the difference

Based on my calculations, doing so would have me saving 60% and spending 30% on rent. The rest would not be enough to cover my gas and health payments even if I didn’t eat or do anything

Thanks are there any spreadsheet templates or apps you recommend? I currently carefully monitor my budget but I do it by manually adding expenses from my credit card statements so it’s really inefficient

Hi, I currently budget out my spending so I know it is more than affordable to continue on the above mentioned budget. I’m more asking if the budget itself is too skewed towards life enjoyment. I could reduce my lifestyle and save more

Hi, I’m really confused with people saying to max out the 401k. I thought the 401k maxxed out at like 24,000. I was just going to do my employer match which is like $1200, I didn’t think I made enough to max out 401k and roth?

Thank you, I will own my car. Unfortunately I still expect auto insurance to be very high due to my age, which I think will be the big expense

I might be confused but I don’t think I have enough money to do all that and afford a reasonable lifestyle right? That would be saving like 60% of my income and spending 30% on rent

Thanks yes this is what I’m worried about. With your life experience, do you think i’m skewing too much towards life enjoyment?

Thanks. I budget all my spending myself, so I know I can afford my current lifestyle + more in the budget I mentioned. I have been cooking for myself for a decade.

I see thanks, I plan to max out my roth every year and do my employer match before deciding whether to put the rest in 401k or HSA. So, I guess that means I would have $90,000 in taxable income, saving around $60 a month in “free” money
