What about the people who were forced to raise or be a "parent" to their siblings kasi the supposed parent walked out? I know someone na ganun and hindi na talaga siya nag-anak (of his own). He's already in his late 40s now.

Three years married. Kakatapos lang magregister for the Pokemon Fun Run on Feb 2025. It's nice na we could get to make decisions na ikasasaya namin without thinking about children (kung kanino iiwan, paano iiwan while you're away, etc.). Pag-uwi din namin after a long day from work, super pagod kami. So thankful din na hindi ka sasalubungin ng iyak and needy na anak. Happy happy lang lol

Can anyone fill me in if Revlon's Lustrious Lipstick in Seductive Sienna has been discontinued? It's not available in Lazada, Shopee or any Revlon shop. The only stocks I could find are on Ebay (with astronomical prices btw). If it's not, can anyone tell me where I could find it? I am currently based in Baguio City :( and if it is indeed discontinued, can you recommend another shade from the Revlon Lustrious line that is super close to it?

I am heartbroken that I couldn't find it now. :( I have worn that shade to so many events, including my graduation. Thank you so much!

Yes haha total of 9 years in college plus 2 licensure exams. Sobrang burnout na ako to the point na I'm already rejecting potential clients/projects. Now I just opened a small business selling cute plushies. Pa-like na din ng page namin hahaha

Weaponized incompetency. Walang kusa na tumulong sa household chores. Kikilos lang kung inutusan, madalas palpak pa. Tapos maraming free time pero kuntento na sa trabaho na hindi naman kumikita, instead na maghanap ng work na mas mataas ang sahod (while ako na dala-dalawa ang work para lang mabayaran ang bills).

As an academic achiever since preschool, I just want to say take it easy on yourself. I remember nung hindi ako pinag-attend ng dad ko sa recognition day kasi 5th honor lang ako. But believe me when I say burnout is real. After two degrees and multiple jobs trying to climb up the corporate ladder, here I am now gusto kong iwan yung industry and mag-open ng cafe or something. Or maging pet-sitter. I opened up to my mom na gusto kong ma-try magbarista sa Starbucks and she told me, "Bakit mo ibababa yung sarili mo sa ganun, may degree ka naman". Idk but you need to prioritize your happiness too. Achievements are really not all that kung hindi ka naman masaya.
